Individual Therapy

An individual therapy session is a focused, confidential conversation between us and is designed to help you explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life patterns in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Sessions usually last about 45 minutes and occur weekly or on a schedule that fits your needs.

Individual therapy can help reduce overwhelm, clarify priorities, heal from stress or guilt, and build coping skills. It creates a private space to process identity shifts, set boundaries, and strengthen self-worth, so parenting and career choices, for example, align with values and well-being.

Your session will include:

Individual Career Counseling; Coaching
Research states that group therapy can be just as effective as individual therapy. 
Join a supportive couples or women's group to deepen connection, gain practical tools, and feel truly seen. My groups offer a safe, empathetic space to improve communication, heal patterns, and build confidence alongside others who understand. Expect guided exercises, real-world strategies, and compassionate feedback. Transform frustration into growth. 
Couples Counseling

Individual Coaching, life & wellness coaching, is provided to clients who request it or display a need for coaching over therapy. Coaching is more goal oriented and future focused, while therapy would allow for looking into past trauma and approaching life's issues from a more therapeutic focus as you learn coping skills. 

Life & wellness coaching dives into life goals, how you take care of yourself, and what patterns of behavior may be increasing stress and anxiety. We'll work together to establish realistic goals and a healthy lifestyle for you.
